Delivery Charges

Germany
As from 1st March 2024 we are now sending to Germany again!

Dispatch/Delivery times
Standard designs are currently sent within 3-5 working days from when the order has been placed. Custom/personalised designs are currently sent within 10 working days from when the order has been placed.

If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we will see what we can do to help!

UK 1st Class Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
UK 2nd Class Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
ROI Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
Europe Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World Delivery Time: 6-10 working days

If you have not received your order after 10 days of receiving your dispatch email, please get in touch so we can resolve it for you. Royal Mail do not class mail as lost until 15 working days so we may need to wait until that time has passed before refunding your order.

Returns
If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us so we can resolve this for you. If you would like a refund please contact us and we can arrange for you to send them back to us. This has to be received 14 days from the date you have received your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom orders, for example anything you have personalised. If you change your mind we are happy to refund you on non personalised orders, please note that we do not offer refunds on your postage cost unless the order is faulty.
